Boys and their Toys
Well, my laptop is now a fully functioning node on the internet again. I can get my email, surf the web and get CVS updates from SourceForge.
Sadly this hasn't led to much activity as I've been distracted by my new toys. My mobile phone went "missing" somewhere between Sydney and London so I've had to buy myself a new handset. Being me, and also spotting a bargain, I ended up with a gadget phone - say hello to my Nokia 5510.
I've also taken delivery of my Archos Jukebox Studio 20. For those who haven't seen these before just think iPod for Windows.
So I've been spending quality time "backing up" my CD collection onto the jukebox and storing some of the choicer tunes on my phone. Once this is done I promise I'll get back to the PythonCard flatfileDatabase version using Gadfly.

Back and raring to go ...
After a week (only a week, seemed like a lot longer) of abstinence I'm back on the net. We've relocated to blighty and thanks to the lovely people at Intelynx I have dial up access. Now all I need to do is update from CVS and I can start breaking code again.
